Chandler House in Pasadena, is a historic Tudor made famous by Philip Chandler, the son of former Los Angeles Times Publisher, Harry Chandler. The Chandler family owned the mansion from the 1940s until the early 1970s.

Chinese billionaire developer Huang Kangjing bought the home in 2012 for $5.8 Million. He spent millions restoring and modernizing it. It’s listed for $12.8 Million. The home was built in 1915 and boasts 7 bedrooms. The property is made up of 3.5 acres of land.

It’s listed by Scott James and Christian Stillmark, both of Douglas Elliman.
