Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have found a home to buy. The couple purchased an estate with ocean views in Montecito, CA. It’s reported that the couple has paid $14.2M for the home.

The home first appeared on the market in 2019 for just shy of $20 million and was slowly dropped down to an asking price of $16.25 million.

The home is set on 9 acres and was  built in 1928 and boasts tons of character. It was originally designed by architects Edwards & Plunkett and was renovated by Lutah Maria Riggs. Riggs was a famous architect from the area.

The Mediterranean villa stands three-stories tall and is full of many beautiful design intricacies.
