Lilli is a second generation Los Angeles native and graduated from UCLA with a degree in Art History. Lilli spent over a decade writing and producing for national television shows beginning with Hard Copy, culminating with Extra and freelancing for a variety of reality shows in between. Since marrying Ben Lee in 2001 and becoming a mother to their three young boys beginning in 2004, Lilli has segued her television writing skills to writing all things real estate! Lilli will come to your home and create all the marketing materials necessary for a quick and successful sale. She also oversees the monthly newsletter that gets delivered to over 9000 residences as well as the bi-monthly eBlast.

JOANNA SANCHEZ

CLIENT RELATIONS CO-MANAGER

Joanna has eleven years of real estate management, administration and acquisition experience. She founded her own asset management and real estate investment group in 2008. Before joining the Ben Lee team, she spent three years at Keller Williams & Compass where she managed and audited real estate transactions/contracts for over 300 agents. Part of her duties with Ben Lee include client management/relations as well as office and transaction management. Once a property enters into escrow, Joanna makes sure the clients know what’s behind every door and around every corner, always available to be one step ahead of the process so clients are aware of every part of the journey. Joanna holds a B.A in English-Writing and Legal Studies and is a member of the International English Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta.

ANDREW BURK

CLIENT RELATIONS CO-MANAGER

Andrew moved to Los Angeles over twenty years ago after working in client relations with luxury brands Neiman Marcus and Barney’s New York. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Andrew moved to Los Angeles and embarked on a real estate career that has now spanned nearly two decades. Andrew has handled hundreds of real estate transactions, handling buyers and sellers’ properties from all over this this city. Andrew’s unparalleled attention to detail and calm demeanor coupled with his professional background in customer service makes him uniquely qualified to handle all the various wants and needs of real estate clients.

BRITTANY GILBERT

DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST

After graduating with a B.S. degree from Troy University, Brittany spent years learning the art of real estate marketing, eventually earning a position as the Market Director for one of Orlando’s top 3 real estate brokerages. In 2013, she founded an independent digital marketing agency, Velocifox Digital, which gave her the ability to work with Realtors and brokerages across the US, including Ben and his outstanding team. Brittany regularly contributes to industry-specific sites like ActiveRain.com, as well as social media sites and forums including r/Realtor on Reddit. She’s also been featured in The Real Deal NYC magazine, as well as a guest on the Real Estate Safari Radio Podcast.

NICK VITUCCI

DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST

Nick is a New York native who has been a part of the Ben Lee team since January 2016. After graduating from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Nick went on to work in the digital marketing space. He worked as a digital marketing assistant through college and has continued to work in digital marketing for over 6 years. Some of Nick’s work includes social media management, website design and PPC management. He manages over $300,000 per month in Google Adwords and Bing Ads spend.
