WeWork Co-Founder Adam Neumann Lists His Northern California Compound

The WeWork co-founder, Adam Neumann has listed his 10-acre hilltop compound that features two houses, a detached yoga studio, a private water well and much more. The main  house boasts 10,000 square-feet of space, has four beds, 5 baths, a theater and a billiards room. The guest house features a wine cellar, a racquetball court and of course, another 2 beds.

The compound was designed by Sim Van der Ryn and was built in 2002. Neumann paid $21.4 Million for the compound just two years ago.

Neumann had been in the spotlight over the last year or so in regards to much of the company’s efforts leading up to its IPO push (which has not yet happened).

Neumann is asking $27.5 Million for the home.
