Jasmine Roth of HGTV Sold Her Huntington Beach Home
Jasmine Roth of HGTV has sold her home in Huntington Beach for $2,214,000.
The home was built custom in 2012 and was put on the market in December for $2,199,000. In Jasmine’s HGTV series, she rehabs suburban homes for clients. Her taste in her personal home has clearly appealed to a buyer and the home sold for over asking in under a month.
Roth purchased the property for $810,000 in 2010. The home is 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom and is turnkey – it was even offered to purchase fully furnished.
Roth and her husband, Brett have since moved to a larger place.

Kim and and Kanye – Real Estate Empire
Over the last week, sources have made it clear that Kim and Kanye will soon be no longer. It was reported that their marriage “is beyond repair”.
We’ll see how this news continues to pan out and what ultimately happens between Kim and Kanye.
One big question arises in regards to their real estate – What will happen to it?
Take a look at the couple’s Hidden Hills mansion which was purchased in 2014 for $20 million.

They also bought the neighboring home in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles. It seems they once had plans to create a guest compound here, but it doesn’t look like it has fully come to fruition. See the home below:

They bought this home in 2019 for $3 million. This brings their total property ownership in the LA area to 8 acres.
The couple also own 2 acres of land in La Quinta, California. The land is located 2 hours from LA and was purchased in 2019 for $6.3 million.
There has been lots of talk in recent years about their purchase of a ranch in Wyoming. They purchased the property in 2019 and it sits on 9,000 acres of land near Cody, Wyoming. This property seems to have been Kanye’s pride and glory as it’s been most talked about in interviews with him and people close to him.

Each property really is beautiful – we’ll have to see what transpires!
Pharrell Williams is Looking for a Buyer for his $12M LA Mansion
The rapper Pharrell Williams is hoping to sell his contemporary LA mansion this year. Pharrell originally purchased the home in 2015 for $7.14 million and he just listed it for sale in May 2020 for $11.95. It’s been on the market for months with no change in price and no known indications of offers.
The property spans over 1.5 acres and was designed by well-known architect Hagy Belzberg.
The house boasts 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and includes a separate guest house – all in all over 4,400 square feet of living space.
Pharrell actually placed another LA home of his on the market for $17 million last year and it wound up going viral for it’s questionable (but really cool) aesthetics.
He purchased a new estate in Coral Gables, Florida for a cool $30 million last year. His new home there offers 9 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms and is spread over 17,000 square feet o f living space on 3.5 acres of land.

Basketball Star Blake Griffin Scores a Great Deal in Brentwood
Blake Griffin, the Detroit Pistons All-Star, scored a beautiful mansion in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles for $5,876,000.
Griffin had previously played basketball for the LA clippers, so he is definitely familiar with the area and just can’t seem to let go!
The home he and his family bought first hit the market for $6.7 million, but had seen a few price drops before closing.
The home was built in 1936 and features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms on nearly 6,000 square feet.
Griffin looks to be preparing himself for off-seasons here in Los Angeles. He allegedly bought an adjoining property earlier in the year for $19.1 million and it looks as if he’ll be combining the two parcels (combined more than 1 acre).
