Kathy Griffin lists her Bel Air estate for $15,955,000. The Emmy Award winner purchased the home 4 years ago for $10.5 million. She recently married her longtime boyfriend, Randy Bick, so that may have prompted the move.

The home was built in 2003 and is located behind the guard gates of Bel Air Crest. The Mediterranean-style home boasts some incredible views from both inside and outside the home.

The floor plan includes 8 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms spread out over 13,377 square feet.

Griffin had previously owned a Hollywood Hills home which she purchased in 2004 for $2.85 million and listed for sale (October 2016 for $5.5 million, sold for $4.4 million) shortly after purchasing this Bel Air mansion.

A home once owned by the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll, Elvis Presley, just sold for nearly $30 million in LA’s Holmby Hills.

The 1930s estate was where Elvis, his then wife Priscilla Presley and their young daughter lived in the early 70s.

The 2.35-acre compound has a full size tennis court with a viewing pavilion and swimming pool.

The property was marketed as a “development opportunity” – so it’s unclear if the new owners will tear down the property or not.

It’s the 30th Anniversary of ‘Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ and what better way to celebrate it than renting out the iconic mansion. And, the rate seems reasonable at only $30 per night!

The home is actually in Brentwood (not Bel-Air) and will be available for rent for five one-night stays in early October.

The listing offers guests access to the master wing, which is full of amenities inspired by the show. There’s no access to the kitchen, but Will Smith wrote that “all meals will be provided and served on silver platters, of course.”

This promo arrived shortly after Smith teased about a ‘Fresh Prince’ reunion on HBO Max. The reunion is supposed to air around Thanksgiving and feature the original cast.

The Emmy-winning actress Betty Thomas from “Hill Street Blues” lists her Hollywood Hills home for $6,995,000.

The home was built in 1954 and has been the home of Italian artist Alberto Burri, comedian Billy Connolly and photographer Julius Shulman.

The listing agent for this one is Deedee Howard of The Agency.

The home of Doris Day in Carmel, CA was listed for $7.4M. Doris Day was the star of “The Doris Day Show” in the late 60s to early 70s.

Her home is listed with Doug and Lisa Steiny of Sotheby’s International Realty Carmel Rancho Brokerage. This is the first time the home has been for sale since 1960.

The sale includes a 8,382 square foot home, a 1,236 square guesthouse and two apartments in a gatehouse.
