Rachel Ray’s Southampton getaway is now off the menu. Ray purchased the property in 2008 for $2.1 million and in 2017 her and her husband, John Cusimano, listed the home for $4.9 million. It has been on and off the market since.

The home is made up of 3 beds and 5 baths.  The dining area features sliding glass doors that open directly to a relaxing pool area. The pool is surrounded by blue stone and a beautiful, white pergola.

The buyer was able to get the home with all of the furnishings in place, done by Ray’s designer, Michael Murray.

“Desperate Housewives”, “Dallas” and “Passions” star, Jesse Metcalfe renovates and flips homes within the LA area in his spare time.

In 2017, Metcalfe paid $1,158,500 for this charming West Hollywood bungalow built in the 1920s. He immediately updated it with modern fixtures and hardware, lightened-up the color scheme and refinished the original hardwood floors.

Metcalfe sold the home to real estate investor David Benveniste in 2018 for $1,807,000. Now, two years later, Benveniste has put the home back on the market for $2.25 million.

It’s a petite 1,330 square foot home that boasts stunning rooms that have been magnificently decorated throughout.

Corey Pavin listed his Brentwood home for $3,599,000. He purchased this home for $3 million at the end of 2007.

The home was originally built in 1961. It’s a single-story with an open floor plan made up of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It’s a modern residence that boasts walls of glass and beautifully vaulted ceilings.

The home is set on over a half-acre and the grounds feature mature landscaping that offers great privacy.

American Idol alumni, Adam Lambert, sold his 3,049 square-foot home nestled above the Sunset Strip in Hollywood. He has been trying to sell this home since 2017, but hasn’t had much lunch until just this month. It sold for$2.92 million. Back in 2018, Lambert actually moved to a neighboring area where he bought a $6.5 million home.

Lambert’s house is truly a rock star home. The architecture is very reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright’s geometric design and detailing.

The home was built in 1947, but looks more modern than ever. It’s got a sort of timeless vibe that others will enjoy seemingly forever.
