Modern Condominiums are so large and spacious, you’ll feel like you’re living in a free standing home at a fraction of the price (and nominal maintenance headaches).  Owning a house with a yard may be the standard bearer of the American Dream, however, with an open mind to experiencing different types of housing options, you can still achieve your dream home and have money leftover to enjoy it.
