Beverly Hills will soon see the likes of Floyd Mayweather as one of its newest residents, as the famed boxer has recently purchased a 16,000 square foot, 2-story mansion in the vicinity soon after locking in his 50th victory.

The roughly 20-year-old home has seen some major renovation over the years, most recently getting an overhaul from developer Nile Niami – who earlier this year listed a spec home in Beverly Hills for upwards of 9-figures.

Just some of the featured highlights in this project include both hardwood and marble flooring, built-in shelves, a large chef’s kitchen (complete with a separate cocktail bar), a wine cellar, and a unique staircase that winds its way up to the second level.

Also included in the list of amenities in Mayweather’s new 6-bedroom home are numerous fireplaces, an outdoor pool and spa, a gym, a 4-car garage, and even a guest house that features a home theater and its own concession stand.

The home’s sale price of $26 million was just a mere drop in the bucket, given Mayweather’s recent (estimated) $300 million payday following his victory over Conor McGregor. Could it be time for the 40-year-old fighter to retire? If so, he’s now got the perfect spot to do so.
