Chelsea Handler has cut the price of her Bel-Air home again, this time for almost a half a million – the home is now available for $10.5 million. The home is a midcentury modern and was originally built in 1964. Handler purchased the home in 2010 for $5,942,500.
Handler renovated the house many times over and it’s now made up of 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and 5,572 square feet. It’s been on the market since 2018 and started at a price of $11.5 million – it’s been reduced gradually ever since being listed.
The home features many beautifully redone rooms, which makeup the modern masterpiece that it is. There’s a full outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, a beautiful 50 foot pool, lots of space for entertaining and much more.
