The creator of the show “In Living Color,” Keenen Ivory Wayans,  is selling his Mediterranean style mansion in Tarzana. The home is available now for a price of $3.2 million. He purchased the home in 2005 for $2.6 million.

The home which was built in 2004, is located within a gated community and overlooks the El Caballero Country Club. It is made up of 6,300 square feet of living space, five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The kitchen features granite counters, a six burner stove and a beautiful island. The home has a separate formal dining room. The second floor master suite offers a large walk-in closet and dressing area, dual sink bathroom and a private balcony.

Keenan became famous in the 1990s during his groundbreaking comedic show, “In Living Color.” He also directed the “Scary Movie” film series.
